Yeah! and Yeah The Book is a collaboration project, launched by photographer Claudia Fried, that brought together a group of women, working behind and in front of the camera.

Claudia Fried and stylist /journalist Tsemaye Opubor put together a group of women, to create a series of intimate portraits in the space between fashion and art. The images where published as a photography book and in an exhibition consisting of 17 prints at SNICKARBACKEN 7 in central Stockholm. They’re not models but regular women with a a lot of integrity and that were very involved in how they wanted to be portrayed. The end result surprised the participants who showed unfamiliar sides of themselves.
